Postage and delivery information
No matter how many items you order, postage and packaging is a flat charge of £3.49p per order, or free if you spend over £100. The current postage charge is always shown when you view your shopping basket.
Delivery of your goods will normally be within 5-7 working days. If you require your order to be delivered sooner, please let us know and we will endeavour to meet your request.
How do I order Personalised Photo Calendars?
- To create a personalised calendar, enter your personalisation text for the calendar. This can include the calendar name / title, the monthly photo captions to go underneath each month's photo and any special dates, such as birthdays, anniversaries etc(if required). These can be entered in the text entry boxes on the relevant calendar page you are ordering, and then click the 'Add to Basket' button. This will take you to the basket / shopping cart view. If you want to order more than 1 copy of the calendar, simply change the Qty no in the box shown and click 'Update Cart'.
- Once you have finished shopping, please checkout by clicking on the
View Basket button at the top of the page. Next, enter your name & address and shipping details and finally pay using any of the payment methods to complete your purchase. You can choose to pay by online methods such as PayPal or Google Checkout or alternatively you can order online but pay offline by cheque or bank transfer. Full intructions and details are given as you select the relevant options during the checkout process.
- You will then receive an order confirmation email, which will include your Order Number. Simply reply to this order confirmation email with the relevant photos as attachments to the email. Further detailed instructions on how to attach photos and will be provided in the order confirmation email itself.
If you have ordered personalised photo calendars, you will need to send us your digital photos. Prepare the photos to email to us by naming the photos as the month names (i.e. "cover.jpg", "January.jpg", "February.jpg" etc). If your photos are too big to all go in 1 x email, multiples emails (i.e 1 photo per email) can be sent until all photos have been emailed. Many internet service providers place limits on the size of attachments on emails, so we advise customers to send 1 photo per email. Please remember to either reply to the order confirmation email or quote your Order Number (this can be found in your order confirmation email) in all communications to us, so that we can know which photos belong to each customer's order.

What quality do the digital photos have to be to give good results on calendars?
Fortunately, pretty much all digitial cameras these days take perfectly good enough photos to be used on photo calendars. If you are using digital photos that originally came from a mobile phone, or perhaps were scanned into your computer from traditional "old" photographs etc, then the general rule of thumb here is that if the photo looks acceptable on screen at the size it will be "blown up" on a calendar (i.e. half of the page on an A4 / A3 calendar), then it will be fine for reproduction on a calendar. In terms of what quality of digital camera will give good results, then any digital camera with 1.3 megapixels or above are fine.
Photos that are under 50Kb in size will tend to give poorer quality prints. If you would like us to confirm whether or not a photo is suitable, please send it to us by email and we will advise, without any further obligation.
Which image file formats do you support?
Although most digital cameras create photos in the JPG (i.e. filename.jpg) format, we are also happy to accept photos in any of the following formats:
- JPG format. These files have a extension of .jpg
- GIF (CompuServe Graphics Interchange) format. These files have an extension of .gif
- BMP (Windows or OS/2 bitmap) format. These files have a extension of .bmp
- PNG (Portable Network Graphics) format. These files have a extension of .png
- WMF (Windows Meta File) format. These files have a extension of .wmf
- PDF (Portable Document File) format. These files have a extension of .pdf
- PSD (Photoshop) format. These files have a extension of .psd
- RAW (Raw File) format. These files have a extension of .raw

Can I use portrait (tall) and landscape (wide) photos on personalised photo calendars?
Yes, absolutely. You can also use a mix / combination of portrait and landscape photos within 1 calendar. Our automated calendar creation process automatically scales your digital photos to fit in the 'photo area' on each calendar page.
Do I need to send you the photos again if I want to later order more copies of a calendar?
No you don't. Simply place another order on the website and reply to the order confirmation email that you receive, quoting the Order Number of your original order.
